Your heart is a sacred vessel of our Beingness, and your Becoming.

Whether you're feeling clear or clouded, expanded or constricted,
we’ll honour what is,
without rushing to fix or change—
but stay present to it - knowing it is a loving teacher, a guide and wayshower of love.

Bring any part of you—
the fear, the longing, the hope, the grief, the numbness, the confusion, the clarity, the grace.
All of it is welcome. All of it is holy.

Through deep somatic listening, sacred breath, and inner inquiry,
we soften into the truth beneath the noise.
We ask the body to show us the way.
We let our heart lead.

And we offer ourselves to the Flame of Love within—
to tend to us, to honour us, to hold us,
to melt and dissolve what feels heavy,
to alchemize yesterday’s truth,
and to illuminate the next spiral step of our Becoming.

This is a space to:
