Our DAILY rhythm
Each day unfolds as a full-circle alchemical journey through the chakra system and is a sacred rhythm of awakening, embodiment, integration, and devotion.
➤ Morning | Sacred Awakening
We begin each morning gathered in sacred practice, often with our feet on the earth and in communion with the elements.
Together we honour the rising sun and the living intelligence of nature. This is a space to root into the earth and to be present to what is. We remember our place within it all, and open our sensing bodies to awaken and receive vitality.
➤ Chakra Dance Immersion
After a nourishing breakfast, we enter a deep-dive chakra dance immersion.
Each dance ceremony is a powerful embodied journey through one energetic gateway, designed to activate insight, release stagnation, and awaken deeper layers of vitality, awareness, and divinity.
➤ Midday | Spacious Integration
The middle of the day offers space for integration and nourishment.
Time to enjoy lunch together in sisterhood, then be present to your needs and desires. You can rest, reflect, journal, connect with each other, swim in the pond, or have quiet time in nature.
This spacious rhythm allows the work to settle gently into your body and nervous system, supporting deep and lasting embodiment.

Each afternoon, we explore deeper rituals, tools & practices that bring clarity and regulation to your experience.
This space supports the cultivation of your expanding your capacity to hold, integrate, and embody what is being awakened and remembered.

Some evenings will be immersive and ceremonial to nourish your nervous system, while others offer solo time for rest, recalibration, and quiet communion with self.

Our Salt Spring Island Sanctuary
Surrounded by the Salish Sea between Vancouver Island on BC’s Lower Mainland, sits the vibrant rural community of Salt Spring Island. Located on the traditional territories of the Coast Salish people, Salt Spring has always been a place of refuge, restoration, adventure and creativity and is known for its beautiful scenery, long history in agriculture, the artisan community, emphasis on health and wellness, and environmental sustainability. The island is a vibrant rural community and a paradise for artists, healers, and creatives looking to rejuvenate and find their inspiration.
Neptune Farm is a sanctuary and gathering space held by an intentional community of 12 people, including 2 children and 3 cats, connected by our love of music, dance, singing and tending to the land. With bountiful and mature orchards, a swimming pond, extensive gardens, and our beautiful temple, it is a paradise that connects people closer to nature. People often say that they feel so at home here and they leave feeling rejuvenated, rested and reconnected. The land guides, informs and co-create magic with all who arrive. It is also a short drive away from the ocean for a daily ocean dip!
Travelling to Salt Spring Island - People travel to Salt Spring by BC Ferries.
Arriving from Vancouver Island is made easy with 2 short ferry options – Swartz Bay to Fulford Harbour and Crofton to Vesuvius Bay. These short trips are on a first-come-first-serve basis both coming to and leaving Salt Spring Island.
When travelling from Vancouver or the Lower Mainland by ferry, the voyage offers awe-inspiring scenery as the ferry winds between the Southern Gulf Islands stopping at up to three islands or travelling directly to Long Harbour from Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal – reservations are highly recommended on this route.
If arriving at Vancouver International Airport, Translink (Vancouver Transit) easily connects YVR to Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. Similarly, Victoria International Airport is a quick 15 minute taxi ride to Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal.
Flights or Ferry costs to the Island are not included, but we can pick you up from the Ferry upon arrival, or arrange Carpooling.
Retreat Centre Arrival & Departure
Our total time together is 9 days (8 nights). We have 7 full days together in immersion, and 2 half days for arrival and departure.
Arrival at the retreat centre is Friday July 3rd between 3:30pm – 5pm.
Departure is on Saturday July 11th between 9:30am – 1:00pm.
*If you wish to arrive to Salt Spring Island early please find accommodation on the Island, or inquire with us for Neptune Farm options if you wish to stay a day or two afterwards to integrate. Please note you will need to take a taxi into town to get groceries or to eat off site.
Nourishing Chakra Inspired Meals
Our incredible PRIVATE CHEF is a ceremonialist who cooks nourishing, alive meals as medicine, and knows the power of presence, integration, and our alchemical journey.
All vegetarian or vegan meals are whole-food, plant-forward, and nutrient dense.
She infuses love and intention into each chakra inspired meal that nourishes our body, mind, and chakra embodiment. She sources high quality ingredients and organic and local whenever possible. Gluten and/or refined sugar-free is no problem. In your intake we will ask you for any dietary requirements or allergies.
Each day we eat together in sisterhood and you receive 3 meals:

Accommodation
There are a wide variety of accommodation options to choose from depending on your sleeping desire and budget.
All accommodation includes access to 2 outdoor washrooms and sink area, and 2 incredible outdoor hot-cold showers that are always a highlight for participants during the summer! The shared room in the Main House has special access to the main house washroom + shower as well.
There are cozy couches for sisterhood connection and access to wifi inside our indoor tea sanctuary and yoga space.
