Registration Information

  • To secure your place in this program, a non-refundable deposit of $800 CAD may be required if not paying in full, or beginning a payment plan right away. 

Travel Arrangements

  • All travel arrangements to the 9 Day Retreat are the participant’s responsibility and incurred at their own cost.

  • Martine Kleissen & Lila Lyndsay Spencer are not liable for any consequences arising from travel delays, cancellations, or visas for in person retreats. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of $800 CAD is required to secure your space and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

  • Cancellations on or before February 28, 2026: You will receive a 100% refund of all course fees paid (minus any processing fees), excluding the $800 non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations between March 1 and April 30, 2026: You will receive a 50% refund of course fees paid (minus any processing fees), excluding the $800 non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations on or after May 1, 2026: No refunds will be issued.

  • If you are on a payment plan, all outstanding payments remain due in full according to your agreed schedule, regardless of whether you complete the program.

  • If you choose to withdraw from the program at any time, you will immediately lose access to all materials, recordings, and/or member areas.

Payment Policy

  • By signing up for this program, you are in agreeance to pay the amount in full for the Alchemical Woman Program, this includes all payment plan contracts.

  • If you need a Payment Plan for your program tuition, we will make an individual payment plan contract specialized for you.

Program & Retreat Participation

  • You are responsible for your own health and well-being throughout the program and retreat. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are physically and emotionally able to participate.

Force Majeure

  • In the unlikely event that the retreat or program is canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, restrictions, etc.), all efforts will be made to reschedule. Refunds or credits will be at the discretion of the organizers.

Transfers

  • Registrations are non-transferable.

Intellectual Property:

  • All training materials and learning content, including but not limited to videos, photos, documents, and instructional content, are the intellectual property of Lyndsay Spencer & Martine Kleissen and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, redistributed, or used commercially in any way without written permission from Lyndsay Spencer & Martine Kleissen. This content is for your personal use only.

Photo & Media Release

  • I understand that photography and video may be taken during the Training and Retreat.
    I grant permission to Lyndsay Spencer & Martine Kleissen to use, publish, and reuse any media of me for promotional, educational, and training purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and video.

  • I understand that all media will be chosen with discernment and respect. If I feel that certain photos or video recordings are too personal, or too vulnerable I may notify Martine or Lila, and that media may be taken into consideration.

  • This release is given without expectation of compensation.

Health Disclaimer & Liability

  • Participants with any serious physical/medical conditions or recent illness should notify organizers before registering.

  • Participants are responsible for assessing their personal ability to participate in the training both online and in person.

  • Participants are responsible for their health and well-being during the program.

  • Organizers are not liable for injuries, medical or emotional outcomes, cancellations, delays, or changes due to circumstances beyond their control.

Participant Conduct:

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner towards Lyndsay Spencer & Martine Kleissen and fellow participants.

  • Any disruptive behaviour may result in immediate removal from the training without refund.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the provincial and federal laws of British Columbia and Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.

Privacy Policy:

  • Participant information collected during the registration process will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of administering the training.

Lyndsay Spencer & Martine Kleissen reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any sessions at any time due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, travel, or insufficient enrollment. In the event of cancellation by the trainers, participants will be notified with another training option or future session if this situation is to arise.

By registering for the Alchemical Woman Retreat, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions and the refund policy outlined herein.
