Be a loving explorer on your spiritual path, this is for you to commune with your cosmic heart, the divine energies that support your highest alignment, and all the rainbow frequencies of healing and harmony in between.

Through soulful self-discovery practices, 5D visionary tools, and transformational ritual, you will feel the beauty of inner union dance your feminine and masculine presence as you co-create within this sacred vessel of your body. Deepening your devotion to yourself, your desires, and your dreams, you will honour, seed, nourish, and embody them within the garden of wholeness.

We dance our inner knowing through the sacred practice of Kundalini Dance™.
This ceremonial movement medicine is a self-generating, white tantric, shamanic dance where you can authentically express yourself through movement, breath and sound.

Each dance is a transformational ritual of deeper presence, self-healing and divine design. Dancing the deep ecstatic force of the Divine Feminine Earth and Divine Masculine light of Source, we invite these energies to unify and integrate sacred inner union within every cell of our being while opening ourselves up to living in alignment with more joy, love, peace and freedom.

This ecstatic embodiment practice rejuvenates the body, purifies stagnant emotional energy, brings insight and clarity into limiting beliefs, and remaps pathways to love that support the awakening and integration of higher consciousness. This is a journey back home to your body’s wisdom, a celebration of joy and a blossoming of your spirit as a divine design.

As we travel the Chakra system; beginning in Root Chakra on our first week, and ending in Crown Chakra, each dance becomes a transformational process of deep presence, self-healing, and energetic alchemy as we authentically express through the freedom of movement, breath, and sound. As we flow throughout the weeks and increase our vibration, transmissions will continue to pour in from the Elements and Sacred Guides in how to embody, and live in our most exhalted, benevolent path of rainbow light codes and prosperity.
