Martine discovered Kundalini Dance in 2009 and it flipped her world upside down, spun it around, and filled in all the spaces in-between with feminine frequency. It was exactly the medicine she needed at the time for her most loving liberation and soulful remembering. With each chakra dance she would learn to embody these alchemical keys that set her on a 180° path of deep healing, transformation and soul remembrance of freedom and love. She flew to Australia in January 2013 to begin her Certification and has been lighting up dancefloors since.
To this day, Kundalini Dance has been one of the biggest gifts in her personal and professional life and she is passionate about holding sacred healing spaces for women to remember their worth, feel their inner wisdom, and reclaim their radiance.
She has infinite gratitude for this revolutionary work, and believes that by dancing this practice we are activating light grids around the world and assist in the healing, upliftment and liberation of all beings. For the past 15 years Lila has had the joy of guiding transformational journeys and retreats weaving Kundalini Dance, Feminine Leadership and Ecstatic Embodiment. Cultivating spaces for activation, connection and remembrance as a dance activator, astrological guide, alchemical priestess and sacred feminine mentor.
After discovering Kundalini Dance in 2006, everything in her life changed and she became dedicated to sharing this work. Certified in this transformational practice for the past 18 years, she has had the opportunity to work closely with Leyolah Antara, the founder of this work co-facilitating retreats and facilitator trainings in British Columbia, Bali and around the world.
It truly lights her up to guide and support other women stepping into their medicine and embodied feminine leadership. Holding a loving space for coming home to oneself, to remember their unique essence and shine that into the world. Walking the path of awakening and transformation, so that they can feel more empowered and inspired to fully embrace and share their gifts with the world.
As a facilitator, she loves to uplift, inspire and hold space for transformation through deep journeys that bring a nurturing and playful spirit to inspire others to connect with their own joy, passion and authentic selves.
